TForce Freight has achieved the largest improvement in service performance among all major LTL carriers in the 2025 Mastio Survey.
The Mastio Survey, one of the industry’s most respected independent customer perception studies, evaluates LTL carriers based on service performance, reliability, and overall value. This year’s results confirm that TForce Freight’s operational progress under new management is being recognized by customers nationwide.
